OH no!!!! That's sucks!!! My furnace motor went during the heat wave (thank goodness it was the summer but I did sleep at my Mom and Dad in the AC till they fixed it) Sending warm virtual hugs!!!

Hope Millak you have a hotplate or gas stove to keep a kettle going for tea/cocoa/coffee/soup in the meantime. Or to make pancakes and keep warm while cooking them!

OK, I am SO aware of black ants that the slightest movement I notice usually confirms one or more is on the d*** countertop with fruit. And my father bought more of the grapes, the ones that always gets an ant crowd going in under a day. I had to drown two bunches in a bowl in the sink last week-fastest way to deal with the intrusion. Spring caulking round seems imminent this week...
