I noticed a lot of places are closed tomorrow like banks and Canada Post but not shops or such like..nor were they closed today.

Yea the government takes Monday as a holiday since the actual holiday is a Sunday. (My mom is an rn and she had to work but doesn't get holiday pay but if she would be working Monday she would get holiday pay apparently)

I was mentioning to dh how someone on smart can bucks was saying the malls were open there. He told me new Brunswick is one of the only provinces that close down the malls and stuff for remembrance day. I never knew that lol.

if they are gonna make remembrance day a holiday, it should be a holiday for ALL of canada.. not just select provinces.
In ontario, everything was open yesterday as it is today except for goverment jobs for some strange reason.

When you have a major fridge water disaster..and you have to trow away half of the fridge food...I hate that...will try to find a solution because a new fridge is expensive..and I dont want all the freaking moving and all the disturb by that...I dont have the space to enter a new one and get out this one..and the money...that suck and ruin my day

When someone breaks into your Jeep and you see nothing missing and then realize a week later that they stole the hand screws that secure your hardtop to the rollbar and 2 out of the 6 bolts that secure the hardtop to the body of the Jeep. Mechanics that overcharge more than they should and the you feel stupid telling everyone how great of a deal you found. I went back and told this guy that his "deals" we're illegal. They think that women are naive when it come to cars, but then forget that we can shop around and find out the real price of things arrrr. I'm so pissed off right now because he did all the work and then charged me but at least I got him to return me 200 dollars. Never again will come back to this person and will never refer anybody to him.
