Has anyone here ever had a problem receiving their gift cards? I ordered 10 gift cards and today they arrived in a regular envelope, thin and because of the weight they must have fell out because in my mailbox I saw a ripped open envelope and my gift cards were separately tied together by an elastic band..
I emailed them to use better packaging next time because I was this close! to losing my very hard earned gift cards. $100 worth =( which took me forever..
and I don't want to see this again.
Has anyone ever had a problem like this before? or have your gift cards always arrived fine..?/

3 days after my account was suspended, and after 2 e-mails, I still have no answer. Just wrote my third e-mail to support ...

Overall I still love this website, they are very friendly and easy to communicate with, they told me if I should ever lose my gift cards to just email them and they will re-send..still wish they would use better packaging though -_-

ohhhh i was saving up for a winners card that was 20,000 points and looked today to see that they don't have it anymore. Just redeemed another amazon card! Still good! :)

I come with bad news :( My account was suspended permanently and they didn't give me the possibility to create another one. Sad, because I loved this site. The reason was exactly the stupide questions. May be I was too tired and I didn't paying attention :( We are a humans, right? And also, they answered when I wrote them my 4th e-mail, the first 3 were without answer.
Me too about the suspended account!! I just cashed out... i am way too mad, hope i still get my gc i worked hard for at the very least? So silly!!! If i get a second chance i guess i will try harder on those questions. =(
Probably a coincidence since i just cashed out, so annoyed!! It took me a long time to reach 10,000 points. I am begging for a second chance and possibly points or my prize claim here,lol.
They claim their computer system says i am 'irregular' at answering questions...didn't say that i answered a control question wrong. Sounds messed up to me because I have read them and answer. Maybe because I have never heard about half the messed up news stories on there or half the ***** t.v. shows because I rarely watch t.v. because every show out there right now sucks. So all I can see is i select "NA" too much maybe? Or maybe I did answer a question or 2 wrong, they really won't say anything more then I am detected as 'irregular' whatever that means.
This website is ridiculous. It just so happens I just after months redeemed for a wal mart gift card at the time that they notice this?Coincidence? I am mad.
Trying to ask if I will or will not still be receiving my reward but of course I cannot get a straight answer out of them as of yet, you never seem to be able to!

Aw man..I can't believe you guys are having such problems with them..they shouldn't do that to people who even accidentally answer a control question wrong..it happens! or what if we don't know the answer? that's ridiculous. I don't know why they're so strict lately..:/ they are the nicest people I know from a survey website..:/ I can't believe how much they'v changed, I'v been with them from the beginning pretty much and I hope they don't continue to do this to people..
