Your day might have started off crappy but you and only can turn it around...I know you don't want to be around anyone...so put on a funny movie and laugh your head off! You don't want to stay this way for too long or it will drag on into tomorrow. Watch a show you love or put on some music that you just love and try try not to think about the other stuff....it will work even if it's for a short while but as I said only you can change your day!
