Lost Recipe help please!
Some how I have lost a square recipe, does any one make these?
Made in 9 x 13 pan, no bake recipe which includes only these ingredients:
Peanut Butter
Shreddies
Corn Syrup
Dried Cranberries
Hoping some one has this recipe or something similar. Thanks.

I don't have that exact recipe, but I do have something very similar that could easily be converted into your recipe. You could sub in the shreddies and cranberries for cornflakes and otherwise just adjust quantities to get what you want. The recipe makes 36 cookies, so I think it'd make a smaller pan than 9X13...
No Bake Cornflake Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 jar (18 oz ounce) peanut butter, crunchy or smooth (I like creamy.)
- 6 cups corn flakes
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Place over medium-high heat and stir until the mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in the whole jar of peanut butter. Mix well.
- Add corn flakes to a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over corn flakes and mix well, taking care to coat all of the corn flakes.
- With a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop out and form into 1-2 inch balls, depending on your preference, and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
There is also this one that I found online that could be converted:
2 c. sugar
2 c. corn syrup
2 c. peanut butter (crunchy)
11 c. cornflakes
1 c. nuts (peanuts or pecans)
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt sugar and syrup together. Bring to a boil. Add 2 cups peanut butter and stir until it melts. Add vanilla and stir well. Stir in nuts and pour mixture over cornflakes. Let cool slightly before rolling into balls and place on wax paper. Quick and easy!!
