Sears and Can. Tire has a couple on sale. I have seen better deals, but if you need one this week.... The Sears sale isn't active yet bc the flyer is different than the website. I saw the deals in the flyer.

How old is the child? Weight? Height? Torso height (bum to shoulder while seated)? How much do you want to spend?

If you want affordable -- the maestro is $79.99 at sears. Harnesses to 47lbs, converts to a high back booster. The booster portion does not rise so you will need a dedicated booster later. I've got one in my moms truck and no major complaints.

    And how old are they?

Generally speaking, good combination seats in Canada are:
    - Britax Frontier ($$ - min 25lbs and 2 years old, harnesses to 65lbs, 20" top slots, best choice for BIG kids, makes a very tall HBB)
    - Graco Nautilus (harnessed to 65lbs, turns to high back and low back booster - goes on sale pretty often)
    - Evenflo Maestro (only harnesses to 47lbs, doesn't last very long as a booster)
    - Evenflo Secure Kid (fairly new to the market, higher top slots, harnesses to 65lbs)

All the above seats have 18"+ top harness slots, can be used harnessed above 40lbs and generally speaking have proper belt fit as a booster.

FWIW we LOVE our Frontiers. By far the best seats we've had so far. They aren't cheap but they will last a long time and figured the price wasn't too bad if they are the last seats we have to buy her.
