So what I did:
Went to the original site you gave here, saved the picture in my computer, and then printed that out.

I didn't get this email but a friend of mine did, and told me about it. Would it be because I signed up my profile at the metrotown Kiehl's? However this hasn't been the first time I haven't gotten emails like this!
It might not work if you simply print it out, I think some locations will only take the postcard form.
I called and they said they will accept a prinout or on your smartphone...if anyone has one in the Toronto area and can post it it would be much appreciated!I did not get one!

got one from Yorkdale. They did ask for a unique code in the email, below the voucher.
I tried getting one yesterday from the one in Burlington at Maple View Mall and they went on and on to me about how you had to be a customer to get this product.
Anyone else had bad luck?

I went but they told me that you had to get a personalized email and they just gave me sample so other stuff to try out.
