    Hi Everyone,

    So I purchased a box of those small bags of chips for lunches. Ruffles All Dress Chips. DH loves them. Anyways I went to have a bag and when I opened it there was no chips just air! LOL. So i called their 1-800 number to ask them how no chips could be in my bag? Just Air. Well I got a great customer service lady who i explained the situation to. She apologized and said sometimes the machines that put the chips in the bag sometimes miss a few. She said she would send me a coupon for a free bag of my choice!

    Not only did a get a bag for free but I also had a great customer service person! Great job Fritolay Canada!
