The T1 adjustment form has been sent in more than 8 weeks ago. Is there anywhere online that I can find information about the status of this? The message that states we are processing has changed to we are entitled to claim so unsure?

There seems to be some confusion on CRA's end, I got a letter stating that my son's T2201 will expire in December this is for DTC but CCTB says that I am not entitled to DTC and need to repay the amounts they allotted. I have spoken to several different agents at CRA some say the DTC and CCTB are separate entities, that you may qualify for the DTC but not the CCTB. And other times I am told they are 1 in the same but 2 different offices??? Can anyone clarify, greatly appreciated.

I sent away the application for my son who is ADHD, LD and ASD and it was denied. We have submitted an appeal but I am wondering does anyone know approximately how long it takes for the appeal to be reviewed? Our tax center is Sudbury.

this is what it says this morning:
Year Status 2011-2014 You are entitled to claim the disability tax credit for Jacob. 2004-2010 You did not apply for the disability tax credit for Jacob.
is this a sure thing? or they can go back and ask more info??? as well he has ADHD, his grades are going lower and lower we are gonna be applying for a special class come next and possibly a tutor for at home. He is very immature and lacs good judgment sadly he was diagnosed in 2011. From 2004-2011 can i claim anything? the dr wrote 2011 on teh papers...and how do i go about this? as well how long can it take for me to find out how much they may owe us and will it this info be anywhere on my CRA account??
thanks in advance for all the help

After 10 weeks or so, they re-approved my two with aspergers/ADHD for their re-application. I am impressed they did it this fast this time, no further inquiries, and before it "expired" in January. I hope this is it, or is it standard to redo every 5 years? they are 11 and 7.

With the T1 adjustment form we requested mulitple lines to be adjusted not just 318 or 319. Has anyone else done this and how long did it take for the adjustment to be completed?

It probably depends on the diagnosis. I haven't received anything back from them yet, this is just what I noticed on line. They have already received it backdated 5 years for my son, 9 for my daughter (until each of them was 2), and this is not the initial approval but the re-approval. I am just pleased it didn't take that long.

I'm still waiting for dtc to determine if after there very expensive mistake if my son does indeed qualify, they deposited 5 years worth of back payment and now say they don't know if he qualifies....I got the breakdown and letter of approval and then ooopsss.... they made a mistake, hoping that this is cleared up this month as my stress level is skyrocketed. Anyone else have this happen?
