Here our recycle depots are set up across the city in specific areas of the city, there is about 10-12 huge garbage bins that are separated into plastics and paper

Seeing as how these bins get emptied every day, you gotta get them at the right time as they are just sitting right on top, no digging to be done, just reach over and grab :)

This specific recycle depot always has the flyer inserts :)
