They were going to have a new policy up by yesterday. well, the day went by, and they didn't have one up.

now today they said they will have one up by the end of the week. Friday or Saturday? i have no clue lol. i am sure it is long lost in the Spin to Win posts on their facebook page. go back to earlier today and i am sure you will see it.

there was a policy dated june 8 (if memory serves me) but that is gone. it was flawed, badly worded and legally wrong.

there is another version floating around... and it is not complete or correct either, in my opinion.

they keep releasing short lists of info, but these do not cover all scenarios. there are blatant misuses of common terms. whoever is making these lists is just pulling them out of their behinds. they don't even know the definition of "Vendor". seriously?? gah!

anyhoo, i'm having fun playing spin to win... to heck with the policy, i can wait another 2 days. i'm in no hurry to shop there anytime soon anyhow ;p

^ The coupon policy they publish on FB and their site was dated May 11, 2012. Hopefully this *new* policy will only be to clarify things, not to reverse their decision to allow FPCs to count toward promotions. I do think they saw how much sales increased with the acceptance of FPCs toward the promotion total.

Speaking of spin to win -- when I was reading the contest rules I couldn't help but think -- this is pretty clear and comprehensive (but yes, 17 pages looong!) -- why couldn't they do this with the coupon policy? It makes me wonder if they are deliberately keeping the coupon policy vague!

The new coupon policy should work with FPC's on the seniors day coming up. As long as your total is $50.00 before coupons you should get the $10 gift card right?
