Any stores that don't charge tax on FPC's?

Just wondering if there are any stores that know to include the taxes in FPC's, especially when it's not specified in the coupon wording.

I have Shoppers Drug Mart to be the best for that!

I used 3 FPC's at Shoppers recently and was charged no tax :) not sure of any others
