I have been wanting to start a blog that focuses on beauty product reviews but I am not sure where to start. I don't currently have a website so I am starting from the bottom. I love trying new makeup, I love to chat, and I have no problem criticizing products LOL Does anyone have any tips on starting a blog? What is a good blog developer site to work with and how would I get it published so a lot of people will see it? I am really excited to get started next week when I have more time. Thanks for the help!

make sure several sites related to your goods, make the details. Such as for proms, i would go to visit fashionsforprom.com and milanoo.com etc...

You can check out my website: www.wandsandpliers.wordpress.com - It's a mix of beauty/food blogging and other random stuff. Blogger and wordpress are the most popular blogging platforms that are for free. Take some good pictures (although mine are only iphone 4 good,) write what you think, pros, cons, price, where to buy, and you'll slowly start building a fanbase!
Good luck!

I would add, putting on quick posts about when a free beauty sample is available, in store, on FB etc. It would allow your reader to try the product as well.
Just be honest, if you liked the product and why, pros, cons etc. Pictures are great (just make sure to credit where the picture came from, if it wasn't one you took).Try out the maven box by julep And code FREEFB, and get your box for one cent:

I love using blogger. It makes it extremely simple if you aren't familiar with html. Also, even if you don't want to start a blog yet, you could consider writing review on websites like ChickAdvisor. If you build up a good reputation on there, it is a good network to help get exposure to your blog in the future.
