I don't know if it is just my Metro (can't find it in the flyer), but French's mustard 400ml squeezable bottle is on sale for 1$. With the 0.75$ from on of the latest insert it's only 0.25$. Pretty good for me!

I was not having coupon for single kraft cheese, never saw coupon for sugar and I didn't have coupon for charmin tp (anyway this one was free.

just let you know... On IGA flyer, when you saw deal price having a black box under with "prix annoncé"... this meant the price scanned at till will be the the "annonced price" in the black box and there will be electronic reduction to the deal price... The price used for the calculation of the freebie is the "prix annoncé".
