I've seen it as low as $1 for a small bottle at Walmart.

I have only seen the small bottles for just under $4, and used a $3 off coupon to get them for less than a dollar.

For me, the best price was just paying the tax.
The small bottle was on sale at Walmart Supercentre and I used the $2.00 coupon
(Smartsource/Redplum?). This was in the winter.
