    I am not receiving any save.ca coupons that I order! anyone else having this problem? thanks!

    I have been getting half of what I ordered.

    And to top it off, I have been getting expired ones too! And no replies from customer service!

    I have coupons that I Odered awhile ago that have YET to be processed...
    When I logged into my acct underneath the coupon offer all it says is ORDERED (This was almost 2 wks ago now)
    (Usually it says Print/Mail/Re~Order i x,y,z, days) and it still hasn't been processed...
    No idea what's going on...
    CS has yet to write me back

    I sure wish save.ca sent a confirmation email like websaver does. A few times I've not received coupons I was suppose to get, but there is no way to show the coupon was ordered in the first place.

    I had this happen to me but the mailing address did not update when I changed it the first time. So all the coupons that I was ordering were going to an old address. Its worth confirming the address to make sure that is not the problem if you are not receiving any from save.ca

    I got my coupons today that i ordered in EARLY June...
    + 2x the FPCs Fiber one Brownies!!!
    a HAPPY oops indeed!!!

    BTW it still reads ORDERED on the home page even though I am now upto date w/coupons recieved
