I was shopping at Fresh Co. for Five Alive frozen concentrate at $0.88 each. The cashier said they can't accept the "Buy 4 Get 1 Free" coupon. She doesn't remember why, but they received a memo that they are no good.
These are manufacturer's coupons I took from stores. It is inside a booklet with mix recipes by Canada Living, expires Sept 30th. They are hung on the fridge doors in front of these products. I've used it several times with success. Why aren't they accepted? This thread is currently associated with: FreshCo

That's just plain bizarre. The coupons were clearly issued by Minute Maid as part of the Smart Source program. I think the cashier is confused.

I used a bunch of them with no problem - Maybe she had people coming in with the CZ from RCSS using them in a non-loblaws store in which case she may have been correct but if the memo was in regards to the manufacture coupon she was wrong. That's the only thing I could think of.
