Coupon question?

So I am very new to couponing and i just had a quick question

Today only they have a sale on at safeway, for degree deodorants 4 for $5. In the Red plum that came out yesterday there was a $1 off coupon for degree women deodorant
Can i use 4 of this coupon to get the 4 deodorant for .25 cents each?

Coupon states one coupon per purchase. Does this mean i cant use it? I thought per purchase was same like per product

Yes you can use one coupon per product.If you have 4 products you can use 4 coupons.

I got 4 today. On;y had 3 $1 coupons so I had to use a 50c one for the 4th but still an awesome deal
