KRESSMANN BBQ CONTEST

Official Contest Rules and Regulations

ELIGIBILITY: The Kressmann BBQ Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada residing in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia who are at least the legal drinking age in their province of residence at time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, shareholders, representatives, agents and consultants of Philippe Dandurand Wines Limited, CVBG Dourthe-Kressmann (the "Sponsor"), any provincial liquor control boards, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the "LCBO") , the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission ("MLCC"), the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Board ("BCLDB") , the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (the "AGCO"), or of any licensees authorized by AGCO, or their subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, or their agents, their advertising and promotional agencies, the Contest judges, and members of their respective immediate families and persons living in the same household each are not eligible to enter the Contest.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on May 1, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. (EST). Submissions will be accepted until July 20 h , 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter the Contest, eligible contestants must, during the Contest Period, complete one, and only one, of the methods below:

a. Via Facebook:
Go to the Kressmann Facebook page ( www.facebook.com/KressmannWines ) and 'LIKE' us;

Follow the steps to complete your information during the Contest Period. Limit One (1) entry via 'LIKE' on Facebook per person and per Facebook account;

Once entered into the contest via Facebook entrants may earn Five (5) additional entries by sharing the contest on their Facebook wall by clicking the 'Share' button on the website [ www.kressmann.ca] during the Contest Period. Limit Five (5) additional entries via 'Share' on Facebook per person and per Facebook account;
Once entered into the contest via Facebook, one additional (1) entry may be earned by playing the Kressmann Pairing Game [ www.kressmann.ca] during the Contest Period. The Kressmann Pairing Game will be available during the Contest Period. Limit One (1) additional entry via the Kressmann Pairing Game per person and per Facebook account; or

b. Via mail:

Clearly print your name, complete valid mailing address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, and age at time of entry on a plain piece of paper and mail it to the attention of: "Kressmann BBQ Contest", P.O. Box 161, RPO Lakeshore West, Oakville, Ontario, L6K 0A4. Entries must be readily legible. Limit One (1) entry via mail per person; or

c. Via Kressmann website:

Follow the steps to complete your information during the Contest Period. Once entered into the contest via the Kressmann website, one (1) additional entry may be earned by playing the Kressmann Pairing Game [ www.kressmann.ca] during the Contest Period. The Kressmann Pairing Game will be available during the Contest Period. Limit One (1) additional entry via the Kressmann Pairing Game per person. Limit One (1) entry via Kressmann website per person.

ENTRY TERMS:

A person is only eligible to win One (1) Cuisinart BBQ and one wine bag. Limit One Cuisinart BBQ per household and one wine bag per person

By entering the Contest, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.

By entering the contest, entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use the entrant's name, city, province, likeness, photo, submission, and/or prize information in connection with the Contest for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

THE PRIZES AND DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS: The following prizes will be awarded:

The first five hundred (500) Facebook entrants to submit entries received by the Sponsor during the Contest Period will be awarded a wine bag. Approximate retail value $10.00 CAD.

Twenty-Five (25) prizes will be awarded each consisting of a Cuisinart BBQ selected by Philippe Dandurand Wines Limited or the Sponsor. Winners must pickup their prize at a Canadian Tire Near them. The Twenty-Five (25) Winners will be selected at random from all of the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of the prize not expressly listed, including, transportation of prize from Canadian Tire are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Approximate retail value $250.00 CAD



DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The Twenty-Five (25) potential winners of the Cuisinart BBQs (the "Potential Winners") will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period in a random drawing conducted on July 25 h , 2012, at 309 Church Street in Oakville, Ontario at 10:30a.m. (EST). Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible online and mail entries received.
