email them they are very good with explaining why your account is flagged. this has happened to me a few times before where they have to reviewed my account. They usually pay within minutes.Quote:

maybe try emailing them again. I never had a problem where they don't reply my emails. I usually cash out right away when i reach 500 points which is the minimum. I wanted to avoid losing my points at any point of time. As for the 5 points, I noticed that with my app too, it will display 5 points but when i click into it i don't get rewarded. I usually reset my app when that happens but no guranteeds though. i hope they reply you soon!Quote:
