My DH enjoys playing Magic The Gathering (trading card game) and is curious to see if anyone would be interested in trading cards as we do coupons.
His thoughts are for people to make tradeslists and wishlists divided into points. Everyone can check out each others lists and work out an equal trade. For example if I have a card that person X values at 10 points, person X would send me 10 points worth of cards in return.
This is all very confusing for me.... I have tried to learn to play and failed many times!
If anyone would be interested in trading please send me a PM and I will pass DH's email along to you! This thread is currently associated with: N/A

I've never heard of this game so I just read the wikipedia article on it. Way too complicated for me. Sounds like something the guys on Big Bang Theory would play.

Magic is awesome, I play it all the time. Except, I bought it for my PS3 so I don't have to trade cards or anything. I used to have a big collection of magic cards but I gave em away.

It is certainly a very complicated game, not for the easily frustrated or the impatient!
I didn't know that magic could be played on the PS3. Now the question is to tell DH or not.... I may never see him again once he buys that one!

I used to play it when I was in grade 7 and 8, like in '94 '95. I gave all my cards away years later, even though I knew some of them were valuable. The characters on Big Bang Theory probably would talk about magic the gathering, in between discussions of the Higgs boson particle of course.
