Like a lot of people, both my Yahoo webmail and Rogers email (they're in partnership with Yahoo) were hacked on Monday. Changed my password Sunday when I heard about the hacking, signed in/signed out/signed in...no problem. Monday - dum dum dum - locked out. Have tried their options, none of which work because the accounts have been compromised. My security questions have been changed, date of birth - changed, postal code - changed. And, obviously, password - changed. Has anyone dealt with this before? Yahoo and Rogers keep reading from their script, ie. how to change your password. All suggestions welcomed! (At least my gmail appears to be safe!)
