I make this from metro flyer , I check your sobeys flyer online and there are lot of good airmiles deals , i really like atlantic sobeys flyer they have many ggod deals as compare to sobeys ontario

Thanks for replying. I did notice here at our Sobeys there are airmiles deals that are not in the flyer as with items that are on sale but not in the flyer. Guess, I would just need to go to the store and look. There was airmiles posted for Bakers chocolate chips and Kraft marshmellows, 10 Airmiles when you buy both at one Sobeys on the Island and it was not posted at ours but when I bought them at ours, I did get the airmiles.

So with that in mind, I can see there are airmiles deals out there that I may never see if I only go to my store.

SFARAZ, I appreciate the AM heads up whenever Metro has them, ty for listing them.
I just find Metro's prices are higher for nearly all the products, and I will no longer collect AM just for the fun of it. The deal has to surpass the other stores or I am not biting. lol

That's true prices are much higher in metro , but now when im comparing with food basics there prices are some time same as metro and now they stock many international food items which if i compare to our grocerry stores i found much lower like basmati rice and some of spices also if metro have them for .77 our stores have them for .99 or higher
