FREE 8x8 Photobook from Shutterfly for Zulily members

OK, I'm not impressed. I spent hours making my album only to find out the code is only valid for brand new customers. I was on the phone with Shutterfly for 1 hour today and basically, I could not use the code and she said I was being fraudulent by using a 2nd account. I said the code was mailed to me to that e-mail address and yes, I have more than one e-mail account like most people, so I wasn't being fraudulent by trying to use a code that was sent to me. She then said I participated in a similar promo back in March (free 8x8 by another promo). I told her that had nothing to do with this Zulily promo and she said only ONE free album is valid per customer FOREVER. What the heck? That makes no sense to me. I'll stick with Picaboo, not impressed with Shutterfly at all right now.
