UPDATE:
SO it took a while but I got some news....still waiting to see what happens to the CSM that called me that name as the Manager of the Store will be speaking with her....I really hope she gets a pink slip, I don't wish her financial difficulties, however, It was and it now okay to treat customers this way. I guess I'll know in a short while what will become of her as I have asked to be updated on the situation. And if they don't, I will definately notice if she is in the store.
So the Manager gave me a gift card for my troubles, it doesn't fix the situation which I will remember for some time. The gift card was given as a customer appreciation and sorry. I don't know how much it is for, so......I'll let you guys know once I actually use it BUT the gc doesn't fix or excuse the CSM's potty mouth or behaviour.
Thanks for all your comments and kind words!

TEAR PAD UPDATE:
As for the tear pads it's a WM Policy that each store is responsible for putting up the tear pads and not the Manufacturers (so basically my WM just doesn't put them out, WHICH I MUST SAY DOESN'T SURPRISE ME).
So if you are in the same situation with no tare pads at your WM, I would encourage you to write a letter to the store manager, this way they might actually put them out if they are bombarded by requests &/or letters.Last edited by jasperandchar; Fri, Aug 3rd, 2012 at 05:45 PM.

I don't believe that legally they can tell you what happened to the CSM. Its an HR matter, meaning is also a privacy issue. You will see if she is still in store, but if she is I think all you will be told is that they have spoken to her. Glad you finally got a response though.

Well whomever that acronym originated with, said person clearly didn't think through the implication of putting those four letters together. Especially using that acronym in a customer service setting - pretty much blows the mind.
I also find it hard to believe that employee didn't know exactly what she was getting at when she used that "acronym" within hearing distance, and to describe a customer, no less.
I'm glad you finally got a response, jasperandchar - there is no excuse for that kind of behaviour. Though you probably won't know what sanctions, if any, the employee will (or has) receive(d), and though you won't forget her language anytime soon, at least the gift card shows that WM management wants to right the wrong in some way.

I am glad that you got a response jasperandchar...I sincerely hope you don't run into her again. I went to WM yesterday to buy a birthday gift and use some of my Nestea FPC's and I thought about you the whole time!! I noticed that at the WM I went to, they didn't necessarily 'hide' the nestea, but stacked a bunch of older (non FPC) ones on top of the FPC ones. I could understand that they want to sell the older product first, I get that, but I immediately thought of you and your OP.
And to top it off the cashier seemed very annoyed that I had coupons and he was quite abrupt and a little rude about it. I picked up the cake mix (betty crocker instead of duncan hines) and he looked at me like I was a lunatic and said "well what this coupon for?". I realized that I made a mistake and grabbed the wrong box. I apologized, even bought the cake mix, but he still made me feel like a scammer.Last edited by MomOfOne79; Sat, Aug 4th, 2012 at 03:48 PM.

hmm, maybe you could phone the store and give them the gift card #, and they could enter it in manually?
