I shop from there every few months. Every once in a while they have specials, some quite good. Recently they had really big deals on diapers and lots of baby stuff! Usually someone posts them on SC, or just check with the site.
I'm on their email list, so I get the heads-up on the specials directly.
Yes, for lots of things they are more expensive, but it's for sheer convenience, plus there is free shipping. Customer service is also amazingly good!
