I have been curious about the new Belvita Biscuits but couldn't find any coupons, so I hadn't tried them until today. This morning there was a rep handing out samples at Safeway and I chose the blueberry biscuit. I was surprised at how very sugary they are. (They are also quite high in sodium.) I would classify it as a dessert/snack cookie not as a breakfast item. I can't imagine anyone replacing a meal with them.

They are pretty tasty, a coworker brought in the blueberry ones recently. As for nutrition, anything in a box or with more than three ingrediants probably isn't good for you. lol

    Cheers,

I tried the banana chocolate kind, it was yummy and sure didn't taste healthy lol. They had coupon zone coupons awhile back but I haven't seen any coupons for them since. I'd eat them again for the right price lol.

My dietician looked them over and said they were fine (occasionally) and better than skipping breakfast altogether.

We tried them awhile back when there were coupons and a sale. But I wouldn't be giving anyone in my family one for breakfast - IMO, it's a cookie.
