Quick catch up?

I've been away for a while busy with my two little ones and things have been tight budget wise lately and will only get tighter so I am back and ready to coupon! Problem is I've noticed EVERYTHING has changed! I'm not really happy with the save.ca/websaver etc..changes and how everything is print now and there doesn't seem to be anywhere near the same selection as before. Am I missing something? Also have people noticed that stores are not accepting printed coupons or are having difficulty with the printed coupons compared to how it was before? Can anyone catch me up in a short summary? Are there any new better coupon websites available? Anything else I should know?
