Right now, I am so pissed off at myself for not speaking up. At Future Shop, DS and I are first in line at the CS cash at the games department. People came later after me. So the guy comes a few minutes later with a cart full of 3DS XL and the new Super Mario Bros 3DS game. He goes to the locked cabinet and starts putting the stuff in it. People followed him and they were able to get items from him. Then they take their stuff to the cash and bypass me so they could be served first. I was first in line and ended up being last to be served. I was there at 10:00 and got out at 10:35. I was doing trade in while everyone was just buying the console. I figured if I said something, the guy could use that excuse and make up some silly story not to let me trade in.
