no neither with any coupons, checked with the RCSS supervisor in my area (try to ask your local RCSS they might take it)
but you can use this in buying formula.

I called RRCS (mississauga) and they checked and found nothing of the sort....did anyone find this coupon in GTA.......if so can you take a pic and post it.....

Just got back from Langley RCSS, the coupons are copies and free by just asking the service clerk, I got the last blue one and used 2 coupons, cashier did not say anything. Thanks to Neelkamalll1979 for the heads up.
The coupon for free stroller (value at 19.99) is good till Dec.31/12, I should be able to get couple more

$50 is so easy to spend considering one case of formula is $40 to get a stroller for spending just $50 would be nice, I need a stroller to keep at grandmas house...if anyone finds this deal in the GTA plz let me know...thanks

there is no need for a coupon.. just bring the stroller to the cashier when you check out she has a book with the coupon she scans when you qualify... i got one when i bought 2 cans of formula ...

Just called customer service at my RCSS and they said they had never heard of the promotion, but after looking into it, said you do need a coupon but that they don't have them there and had no suggestions as to where I could get one

This may not be at all locations. I work as a cashier and had no clue about this promotion until I saw the coupon. We do have a book at our lanes unfortunately it is full of codes for bulk and produce items.
