I would make a doctors appointment if you want to be 100% sure either way.
Here's an old SC thread discussing these tests...

I've used them and they've always been accurate for me.

A false positive is hard to get, cheapo test or not.
False negative, however, very easy as the cheaper tests aren't as good at picking up small traces of hcg.
I think a Congrats is in order, Mommapinkflowergirl86

I've had two different friends use them and it detected their pregnancies accurately. They each confirmed them with an "expensive" brand name test, and then with the doctor.

The strip inside is the same as the ones in the expensive brands, as far as I know. They are said to be more or less the same reliability, just often less sensitive in the early stages.
Ebay sells lots of just the strips, you can get like 50 for $6, so you are absolutely only paying for the brand name and the plastic around the strip when you buy the higher-priced ones.

Wait a few days and test again with a stick test. Women all test differently. I ovulated near it about May 11. I tested with a first response kit on May 23 and had a definite positive. For some women it comes quick and heavy (their hcg levels) and others not - that is why they test your blood.
For piece of mind, I'd splurge on a first response kit (not the digital, the two lines kit) on Friday and see. While all pregnancy tests will give a positive when you're pregnant, some are better/faster than others in the earlier stages. As a friend of someone who battles infertility, First Response are the most accurate in that situation. By Friday, your hormone level should have built up enough to show a positive on such test if you have a positive blood test. If it doesn't, I'd go chat with your dr.pinkflowergirl86

Sorry, just read the part about going back in three days. Try not to stress until then and see what your blood test is like. There is absolutely nothing you can do to sway it one way or another.

I'm not a big fan of dollar store products in general, certainly wouldn't trust one of their products for something this important. I'd feel the need to buy a 'real' test to confirm regardless of what the thing said. It has a 50/50 shot at being right no matter what.
