I had Lasik in 2003, excellent investment. BUT the screening is free regardless.

If you have some extra time and are curious if you are a candidate for LASIK, then this offer is really worth looking into.
I went a couple of years ago and the screening process was very pleasant and professional, and all of my questions were answered. It turns out I decided Lasik wasn't for me, but there was no hard sell, and indeed the screening was free.
