Public mobile, good or bad?

Does anyone have public mobile?
How is the service, how are the phones? Theres an unlimited data,calls, texts and even long distance for $40 a month the first year.... Is it too good to be true??? The phones are brand I havnt heard of but they are android so I think they would be decent?

I would love to hear everyones pros/cons, feedback..... Thanks!

I have just a regular phone plan pay $16 a month no text or email don't need it. a i love it,the only think i dislike is if you are out of the calling area you can't use it.Last time i checked the map they seem to add a little more territory
