I was having the same issue - and shut down firefox and used explorer... worked like a charm.

Just got the confirmation email...which obviously was expired...and it says I can re-order and try again if it's been over and hour, but now it wont let me because it says I'm still waiting for the confirmation email. Gahh!!!
