Sample Source

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone received there Sample Source sample shipment that was ordered October 2012?????? I've received an email from Sample Source saying my order has been shipped this was on October 25th and it said it would take 5-10 business days, it's now November 14th. I'm not sure if the shipment got lost, stolen or it's delayed. I also was given the option of choosing a 3 Month magazine subscription at the time of choosing the sample and they sent me a confirmation email today and they have the right address. Are you having the same problem? Have you experienced this before?:confused::shrug:

I am having the same problem (exactly as above), and so is my mother. No one has received them yet. This is the first time they have not come :( Hopefully later this week...

Actually, I got mine around Nov 1st. But from reading the Sample Source thread, many people received them around the same time as me, and are still receiving them this week :)
Maybe give it until the end of the week before you look into it furthur? considering Canada post and all....

Got mines today in the mail, I totally forgot that I order it. You should have received an email saying that you should get your first magazine subscription in a couple of weeks as well, I got the email yesterday.

got mine a week ago, and my mum got hers today.

My sister got the email the same time at me, I received the sample source package like 2 weeks ago and her is still missing. Last promotion, I didn't receive mine while my sisters and mom got theirs. This time I received mine and my sister didn't. Not really sure if this is canada post or smart source's fault.

A lot of us received them. Not sure where you're from Blu3skies, but maybe if others from your city haven't, that could explain it.

Thanks good to know I'll wait it out a till the end of this week. I actually talked to a friend about the mail issues lately and apparently they have been having the same problem with mail delivery, maybe something's going on with the postal union:shrug: the postal service has been out of whack lately with registered packages too that are tracked.

I live in Toronto and still never received mine. SampleSource ships out of Ontario so I should have received it within 5 business days max. I followed up with SampleSource and they said there is nothing they can do on their end. They told me to follow-up with Canada Post and they told me the same thing - they cannot do anything unless the package has a tracking number, which it doesn't.

This is the second time I have not received my package. Ordered one in May - never received it. Ordered again in October and still nothing :(

I live in Toronto too. Got mine quite some time ago.

I live in Alberta and got mine today..nice samples...got:
Sensodyne toothpaste, Whiskas cat dinner (my cats will love it!), 2 pledge cloths + $1 off coupon, sunlight pods (trying one out in the laundry right now).

Got email confirmation for ELLE magazine :)
