Got my confirmaton email right away with hotmail but signed up friends with yahoo and no confirmations. Pain in the butt! Can't re-sign up because it says they already ordered. This happened last time with my brother's yahoo email and he got nothing. Contacted them using the form anyway so maybe they will connect the dots and help out the poor yahoo users.

arggg just got my confirmation email (in hotmail) after an hour and a half, and so my order hasn't been completed.
as of right now it's not letting me reorder b/c it's saying i have an order in process...

Decaf, are you using a yahoo email? Mine just came through after about 20 minutes. Check your spam folder, too.

Yes, it's yahoo email and trust me I checked and checked spam folder too. I even log out and log in again every few minutes. No luck, I am going to re-register using a different email. I will use hotmail this time. Good luck to me. I missed out on the first round, the second round registered but never got the sample, this is the 3rd time...and I can't even get it.

I received both of confirmation emails instantly with Hotmail, although they were in spam folder.
Got all 13 samples plus Canadian Living for my parents and myself.

Well god love SampleSource.com customer service! They emailed my brother back and confirmed his order! Yea!

They also contacted my friend and said to send another contact note if I don't get the confirmation email within an hour. So yea--there is hope!
