So I love the hot mustered sauce they have at Mcdonadls. Nothing else compairs. I love to get extra to stock pile for other foods and I have no issue paying extra for that. My issue though is whenever I go to the one by my house via drive threw and i ask for my extra 90% of the time they forget. Sometimes im charged other times not. They sometimes even give me less then what is supposto come with the nuggets. I got into the habbit of checking when i get my food with the person who gives me the food and usually that solves the issue. Today i aksed for 10 sauces paid the extra and asked the guy if the 10 where in the bag he said yes and when I got home there was 4. I want to talk to corp but on the site all i can find is an address and non local numbers for head offices in other cities. no e-mail no 1800 number. its like they dont want to hear from customers. They also forgot the recipt or I would do that survey. I know i was charged because of the total. So guys anyone know a 1800 number or e-mail?

or maybe try the US website, if they have a toll free, and ask them for one for canada?

If you have an old receipt, there should be an email address for the store on the receipt.

Look your local McDonalds in the phone book or google. Call them first and try to rectify the situation at store level.

It's not hard to reach them, just call the store you went to and explain your frustration to the manager, I'm sure they won't have any issues fixing this problem for you. You can fill out a survey without the receipt but you need to know the stores national number to get it to the right location http://mcdonalds-survey.ca/
The easiest way to get this rectified is just to call the restaurant.
All the head office will do is send your message to the store who will in turn fix it for you. I would personally cut out the middle man.

I was trying to help OP find the store number online, no luck, but I can say that there are a lot of complaints online about this store missing items from bags, so it may need to go to corporate to resolve if it is an ongoing issue. IMO.
