New to Medicine Hat

Hi there, I'm new to the Hat from BC and I am just wondering what the coupon sources are here. Where can I get coupon books (smart source, etc) and where are the best places to coupon? I'm not new to couponing but I am new to couponing here any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance :-)

All I have found out so far is that if you want flyer delivery you have to contact Medicine Hat News! Good luck people clear the shelves VERY QUICKLY here so its very hard to get things sometimes.
