Cindy99, normally I would say yes regardless of what I posted as rules but this time I am going to say you need a higher rating. simply because this is an honour system train and I dont know you. Absolutley nothing personal! I also thank you for the offer of an envie of coupons but Im doing this train to get rid of all my excess coupons so another envie would make my head spin!!
