Sounds awesome. The Shwa needs something like this what with all the turmoil at the Motors.
The city has been doing a decent job of trying to diversify. I love that UOIT has been fixing up downtown buildings and turning them into learning areas.
For too long Oshawa has relied on GM to keep the economy afloat. Time to move on and this redevelopment project is a step in the right direction.

Yep. UOIT is doing what Ryerson did - expand by using downtown locations that become available, like Sam the Record Man. Also UOIT makes it easier for students to travel by Durham Region transit and GO Transit.
