No Frills will be opening a new store in Newcastle in October.
The store will be on King Ave. and North Street intersection.
The store will be located by the CIBC bank, with a parking lot for over 100 cars. This thread is currently associated with: No Frills

Worst No Frills ever. Carts are a loonie which is stupid. And I have been there 3 or 4 times to shop for flyer specials and they've been out of the items. One time when I talked to a manager he said they were getting new stock the next day and would gladly set a few of the item aside for me. When I returned the next day neither the item nor the manager were anywhere to be found. Also, there arent enough checkouts so the lineups get long and are slow moving. I'll be staying with the NF at townline thank you very much.
I can't profess to understand God's plan. Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.

That's too funny. Maybe you're right SG. The managers have it in for us. Ha ha.

The owner of the Newcastle store used to own the one here in Whitby (Queen's Common). Everything said about the manager and the checkouts was true here. There has been a vast improvement since we got our new owner (Justin). There are always a lot more checkouts open and the staff friendliness has certainly improved.
