I got mine in the mail in the spring and sent it off. For extra measure I completed the online and got coupons sent to me. Am not sure which source I got them from (online or mail)
I have not received a form in the mail this time round

This time last year I did the online version, never saw anything. I did the paper version in my mailbox and mailed it out. If I don't see anything from this, I'll never waste my time with this company again.

I was misled by the name lol. This isn't really a Shopper's Voice, more of a consumer's voice. It didn't ask about shopping at all, but asked about all the products we used. Is the survey always like this? I expected it to ask me which stores I liked the best haha. I assume it sends you coupons for the competitor products of whatever you checked off?

last few times i did it i was brutally honest yes i tried this that and the other anh yes share samples, didn't receive anything so this tme i picked other other other other and no to sharing samples we'l see what happens
