Happy dance -SCOP at Walmart
Quickly popped into Walmart on Friday of a long weekend(horrors)...a) what a wreck the store was and b) holy humanity 10pm and it was bustling. I have a 4year old childs' birthday party to go to on Monday and with a specific want on her list of a Furreal Dizzy dancer. Finally found them and the single "dancer" is $9.97, right next to it is a 2 pak marked at the same price. I made a mental note of it and after the rest of my shop went to the super busy checkout and it scanned at $16.94 :top: right on! Instead of holding up the line there I told the girl to put it through, paid for it and went to customer service where there was no line at all. I had to go and help the clerk locate the item and show them the shelf tags and he said there must have been a roll back at some point but that the price was back up and he would honour the $9.97 on the shelf. He walked me back to csm and told them the deal - then I asked for a scop. Both of their heads popped up :smile: and the clerk nodded. I got my $16.94 plus taxes back, the second clerk asked if I just got the item free - I nodded and did a little happy dance.:excited:
Used my expiring Aug31 haagen dazs stack $6 wub 2 on sale price of $4.99/ea at LD to get some delish treats and used my dare mir $15 LD giftcard that finally came today to get them free.*each multipak box has 25 aeroplan pts too. :icescream:
AND I got to do this child free ahhhh so much easier. Great deals today.
