Future Shop Brag
I posted a couple of weeks ago that I got a free 3DS XL at Future Shop with trade in games. On the receipt, if you buy a game worth 39.99 or more in September, you get $20 off. So got my son Kid Icarus 3D for 39.99 and go to the cash. The cashier looks at my old receipt and can't find the code to put in. Calls a guy, he takes my receipt and tries for 20 minutes, goes on computer, on the phone, going to different binder books, etc. Cashier gets fidgety because I'm still waiting and me asking what's going on. Finally she says she's going to take off $20, so I pay 19.99 plus tax. Then I want my old receipt back, she goes gets my receipt from the guy, nothing is written on receipt so I get to use receipt again and get $20 off another game. Going to get myself the New Super Mario Bros 2 for the 3DS. Price you pay for making me wait and your store don't know how to take $20 off a merchandise.

I personally believe that if we fail to provide all types of feedback, both negative and positive, people will continue on with possibly negative behavior as they see it as acceptable. Receiving feedback allows the OP to review their stance and adjust if needed.
I believe that couponers get labeled scammers and schemers for getting deals that others see as amazing, taking advantage of mistakes lends itself to these labels. I believe SmartCanucks can be a driving force is getting rid of these stereotypes, and hope others work towards that goal as well.
