The exact same thing happened to me. I even sent them an email after a couple of weeks. They responded 3 months later saying that it takes time...:confused:

to the people who successfully entered the upc, can you please tell us what format you entered it as? e.g. with spaces, no spaces...

Follow the instruction correctly. You need a special marked Silk carton due to some question they ask as a proof of your purchase.

Unfortunately, the chocolate silk is not part of the promotion :( If you go the link that Annie provided, it shows you all the qualifying products.

Awesome, we got three. (bf, mine and grandma's addresses)
My boyfriend drinks Silk original/light/vanilla and chocolate like it's water!
He goes through four 1.89L cartons a week, making protein shakes.
Although he's cutting down on the chocolate one...so much sugar. lol
