This morning I decided to call Kraft to see why I haven't received my pack yet. I logged into my credit card to find the charge - and couldn't find it! I remember logging in at the time of purchase to verify it went through and finding a temporary charge on my card, but now it looks like the charge didn't go through. No wonder I haven't received it! So bummed out about this. There's no reason my card should have declined, so I've sent them an e-mail asking if they'll still honour the deal. Of course I have no proof that I did attempt to make the purchase. Annoying!
