Call the Customer Service line. If they've programmed their computers at that store to not award the points they need to get their wrists slapped. It's a national promo. They can limit the amount of quantities at the store level but they can't decide to not award points.

I'm not sure about all of this...A large number of people purchased way more than that in one transaction and no one seems to be missing points as of yet. I don't think SDM would worry about the small transactions, they would be going after the large ones. Could there be another reason ur missing the pts??

I was one of the people SDM reassured the points would not be taken. Checked my points and nothing has changed. This sure was a fantastic deal but I'm not sure it's worth the stress! LOL.
And to the people selling the bars on Kijiji SHAME ON YOU! If you don't need them there are lots of children out there who would love a bar at Halloween!

I am absolutely stuffed with chocolate right now, today after purchasing about 250 chocolate bars on the weekend I bought 72 more bars. This is the craziest promo EVER!!! For those of you who might be wondering, most of these bars will be going out the door on Halloween. I will not mention the points I have right now, but I am sure you can do the math! Sigh..... got to go rest now.

Well I called head office and they promised me that they are looking into it right now as to why I am missing 24,000 pts for my kraft product purchases today. He said that he would get back to me by Weds. *crossing my fingers* That is the only reason that I bought my crackers and chocolate at SDM otherwise I would have gone to Walmart and gotten it cheaper. Told him that if I don't get my points, then I am returning everything.
