Canada Post

I ordered an item and got a tracking # to track it. Canada Post said it was delivered at 9 pm on Sept 3rd. I called on sept 6th and asked where it was delivered and they could not tell me. Called back again on sept7 and the same thing. They will not put a trace on it, apparentally the seller must do this, not me. When I said I had proof that it was not delivered to me at 9pm on sept 3 they seem to care less and when I asked if they actually delivered only to my home and nobody else on Labor Day they did not know what to say ????

I have had similar issues with them, it usually comes days later and that delivered means delivered to their depot or something

OP that is sad and disappointing, ha! delivered on Labour Day, sure it was.

CP needs to get their stuff in order. I have had nothing but issues with them for yrs now.
