Oh, and people asking me how my old bf can be a bishop (video in my previous post)- Ukrainian Catholics men can marry, then become priests, so we have married priests. I started dating him when he was just a regular working dude (he had been in the seminary years before, but left), and later he decided to go back into the priesthood.
That wasn't why we broke up - it was because I met my husband, lol!

LOL bub, it was another time, then, back in the mid-80s! When something better comes along, you grab ahold of it! For that year, the bf went to Italy for seminary, and I met current husband then... so the cat was away and this mouse played!

Phew, y'all have been chatty! Think I'm all caught up now

Bub- I think we all have someone like that in our lives. Cutting ties isn't possible for everyone, I understand that. And it's so damn hard just to smile and nod. I wish I had some advice... but I don't, because I have a hard time dealing with those people myself. Just wanted to offer you some *hugs* and you are SO not alone!
