Well, not exactly morning, but good day, everyone!!

Dan, hope you had a good night's sleep and feel better today. Our DD is like you were yesterday; we dropped into her office and she looked so tired. Working 8-8 every day....can't wait for her busy season to be over.

Hicks, Nat...good heavens, still not sleeping properly?! That's got to be tough on your systems; I hope you can get quality naps this afternoon.

We were up early today, I had a hair appt at 9:30, just a trim because I rather like my longer hair now; I put it up in rollers the other day for the heck of it and everyone loved my boing-boing curls, lol...so, vain as I am, I'll keep it longer for a while..

I hope you're all having pretty darn good days and keeping warm; watch for ice out there, those of you who aren't accustomed to snow..

I am relieved to be sleeping better. In the past, I've had those nights where I just toss & turn. Even though I'm really tired I just can't get comfortable & I sure as heck can't turn my mind off. All the breathing exercises in the world can't seem to tame my mind. I am also a worrying kind of gal in the first place so that doesn't help.

I'm feeling not too bad these days . What is about my health still is.......but I seem to be keeping on top of it psychologically. Getting your heart & head in sync when you live with this situation is not always a given....so for me it's a scan tomorrow and then back to my doc at Princess Margaret next week on Tuesday for results & my once over.

Better now, I did have a sleep - but so interrupted, listening to the radio and snoozing off and on. Hoping I got two hours total, maybe.

Lynn, my sleeping had gotten better for weeks - but it's gotten lousy again. By better, I mean it was at least in a pattern with which I could live - still wasn't sleeping a lot at a time, but it was bearable.

It's dull out today, which is yucky just for the mood.

One of my sisters had a bad fall on ice the other day, really hurt her hamstring.

I got the job at paint place. They will call once they hear back on background check. Manager said usually no more than 2 days. Then they send in whole new hire package to their head office and about 2 days after that they'll schedule me for training which is about 3 weeks. It's always a nice feeling when they have 20 interviews and they pick you. So I'll bust my ass for them and do the best job I can.

Well, it was a fairly good day. I did have a nap, a nice one, almost 5 hours. I really needed the sleep.
Now, why can't I get that at night. I try not to nap normally during the day so I can sleep, but I just tossed and turned for hours, no matter how tired I was. This has got to change, and soon
